skills.wtf uses minimal cookies and local storage only for essential functionality:

What we collect: We collect only the information you voluntarily provide (email and optional intent for early access, plus the consent timestamp). Technical data (IP, browser type) is logged for security and performance monitoring.

Waitlist: The early-access form collects your email, an optional note, and your consent to be contacted. After you submit, we try to send a confirmation email. There is no active subscription until you confirm that email. If we cannot send it, we tell you the request was stored without a confirmation email. If we cannot take the request, the form stays so you can retry or email hi@skills.wtf. You can ask us to delete your data at hi@skills.wtf.

How we use it: Data is used solely for service improvement, security, and the access request you confirmed. We never sell or share personal data with third parties.

Data retention: Contact data is retained for 24 months or until you request deletion. Technical logs are purged after 90 days.

Your rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting hi@skills.wtf.

By using skills.wtf, you agree to these terms. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable use: You may not use the service for illegal activities, abuse API endpoints, or attempt to circumvent security measures.

Service availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may be scheduled with 48-hour notice.

Liability: skills.wtf is not liable for damages arising from service use, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or incorrect agent routing decisions.

Changes: We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
